its a Gin that has a taste of London dry style gin with extra overtone of the loose leaf teas used in the botanitial blend we use ,also smooth to taste as its a light and rounded tones that can be just drank neat.
We have been working with Matt from North Star distillery to produce a Cherry Rhubarb distilled Gin sold in 70cl bottles at 40%. It's a gin based on a traditional London dry style gin botanicals with add loose leaf tea in which the distillation to give firstly a very smooth gin taste followed by the tea flavour profile.
